After a week in S.F. I have hiked everywhere and been to many Yoga classes, I am sore but thanks to Diego Del Sol I feel much better. He is a wonderful teacher I recomend him for anyone.
The story of Harvey Milk was playing at the Castro theater and what a great thing to see it where and with so many wonderful gay people. I cried
I also cried at Glide Church " I cry a lot out here??" but who wouldn't this church is amazing and very strange, They feed almost 1 million meals to the hungry every year and do over 10 million in out reach service all in the heart of the Tenderloin the toughest place I have seen in any city. I was happy to be able to help out a little on Christmas and then meet some people at the Golden Gate Bridge to watch for any desperate people. It was an emotional day as on the way to the bridge I stopped to help look for a lost surfer there were hundreds of people on the beach and the firemen and coastguard were still there when I left to go to the bridge. not a good sign. I am very tired but feel free, it is wonderful to be of service anyway I can.
A special thank you to Tina whom was in contact with me most of the day just a few text messages and a quick call and I feel right at home.
Merry Christmas everyone,
